I had a similar problem with the Workshop once that almost cost me a lvl 45 savegame. I hope that you still actually have your mod and things work out simply and easily. If your mod is completely gone, you can replace it on. If you still have your content, this guide will tell you how reactivate your mod and how to avoid these sorts of problems going forward. Steam>steamapps>common>Skyrim>Data (you would need to find two files-Cutting Room Floor.bsa and Cutting Room Floor.esp). The start menu under “Data Files”-Cutting Room Floor may still be there, but unchecked or 2. I can't tell you if the mod has been removed from the Workshop or not (I searched for your mod on the Workshop myself and turned up 90 pages of bogus results which I had no intention of reading), but even if it has you may still actually have the mod on your computer.
